Let us take care of your property and keep it at a top-notch level for you and/or your guests. This service includes managing scheduled maintenance, upkeep of the property/landscape, and bill payments.
Managing scheduled maintenance & upkeep of the property
Whether the house is occupied by guests or not, house inspections will be scheduled and jobs done by gardener, housekeeping and pool maintenance team will be supervised.
Bill payments
Payment of utilities (phone, electricity, internet, water)
Walkthroughs with customized task checklists, including inventory of amenities. Housekeeping inspection. Contact owner or owner’s representative if any significant problems are identified.
Arrival Preparation
We prepare the property for each rental with the following:
Shampoo – Conditioner
Paper towels
Toilet paper
Laundry detergent
Dishwashing liquid
Dishwasher packs
Dish sponge
Liquid hand soap
Body soap bars
* This list can be customized by the homeowner. Stocking of these items will be the Concierge’s responsibility, the costs for these items falls to the Owner.
Check in services
We will greet guests on-site*, provide the keys to the house and answer any questions they have. We can also provide a Grocery Pre-Stocking of the house for an additional fee ($60 + Grocery Costs, billed to the guests)
