Despite its secluded location, it is conveniently situated just 90 minutes away from the airport and a short 25-minute drive from Herradura's Auto Mercado, a well-stocked grocery store.

To make the most of your stay at Casa Azul, we highly recommend renting a vehicle or using our trusted transportation services. Having your own means of transportation will allow you to explore the surrounding area at your leisure and fully embrace the wonders of this breathtaking location.

Although our road is paved, we suggest getting a 4x4. This will give you assurance on the steep mountain roads as well as access to explore other areas, which may not have paved roads. Please be advised that the speed limit within the community is set at 10 mph, as the roads are steep and curvy.

If you decide to hire the transportation service, please be advised that booking should be done well in advance to ensure availability, as Uber services are not available in the area.

There are local transportation options (taxi or hired shuttles), which we will gladly help you arrange if you choose. Please note that there are no Uber drivers in the area, and transportation needs to be booked well ahead of time to guarantee availability.

Aunque nuestro camino está pavimentado, te sugerimos un 4x4. Te dará seguridad en los caminos empinados de montaña y te permitirá explorar otras zonas que quizá no tengan calles pavimentadas. Ten en cuenta que el límite de velocidad dentro del condominio es de 10 mph, ya que los caminos son empinados y con muchas curvas.

Si decides contratar el servicio de transporte, te recomendamos reservarlo con bastante anticipación para asegurar disponibilidad, ya que en la zona no hay servicio de Uber.

Hay opciones de transporte local (taxi o shuttles privados), y con gusto te ayudamos a coordinarlas si lo deseas. Ten en cuenta que en la zona no hay conductores de Uber y que el transporte se debe reservar con bastante anticipación para garantizar disponibilidad.

El condominio fue desarrollado con la idea de integrarse por completo a un entorno natural exuberante y diverso, manteniendo los más altos estándares de lujo. Está a solo 90 minutos del aeropuerto y a 25 minutos del Auto Mercado de Herradura, un supermercado grande y muy bien surtido. Aquí tendrás vistas increíbles y ningún sonido más que los de la naturaleza.

No overnight guests. No parties or events.

Specific pool, deck and balcony rules: No one under the age of 16 is to swim without adult supervision, no diving, no running on deck, no horseplay, adult supervision required at all times, no glass containers at or around the pool.

• Our pool gets serviced every Wednesday morning.
• Please be aware of ongoing construction next to Casa Azul. Noise and view obstruction may occur.
• Parking space for up to 3 vehicles
• Housekeeping can be arranged upon request for an extra charge
• We will send you the code to our lockbox the day before your arrival. We will be available to guests by message to assist with any needs that may arise.
• Check-in time is at 3 pm and check-out time is at 11 am. Early check-ins or late check-outs cannot be accommodated.
• The Jacuzzi does not feature heating
• Sometimes, due to external issues that are out of our control, there may be a power cut or the internet/cable TV can lose signal for a certain amount of time. It is not common, but it can happen. If this does happen during your stay we will not issue a refund.

• Te enviaremos el código de la caja de llaves el día antes de tu llegada. Estaremos disponibles por mensaje para ayudarte con cualquier necesidad que surja.
• El check-in es a las 3 pm y el check-out a las 11 am. No es posible hacer check-in temprano ni check-out tardío.
• El jacuzzi no tiene calefacción
• En ocasiones, por situaciones externas fuera de nuestro control, puede haber cortes de luz o el internet/la TV por cable puede perder la señal por un tiempo. No es común, pero puede pasar. Si esto ocurre durante tu estadía, no se hará ningún reembolso.

Payment: 50% when you book, and the rest is charged to the same card 3 days before arrival. You can also pay in full when you book.

Cancellation: cancel 30 days or more before arrival and we refund 50% of what you have paid. After that it is non-refundable.

Damage deposit: a refundable deposit of USD 300 is taken when you book and refunded automatically 2 to 3 days after check-out. It is always returned if you cancel.

Pago: 50% al reservar, y el resto se cobra a la misma tarjeta 3 días antes de la llegada. También puedes pagar el total al reservar.

Cancelación: si cancelas 30 días o más antes de la llegada, te reembolsamos el 50% de lo pagado. Después no hay reembolso.

Depósito por daños: se cobra un depósito reembolsable de USD 300 al reservar y se devuelve automáticamente 2 a 3 días después de la salida. Siempre se devuelve si cancelas.
